I was a difficult client looking for a property to meet specific requirements. I asked numerous questions, both general area and property specific, many of a technical nature, and for each property wanted certain items made available (plat, tax info, covenants, etc.). I think many realtors would have forgotten about us; but Diane persevered for approx 20 months until we were successful, always finding the info we asked for on each property.
